Based on the poll results I made this tutorial. :'D I'm not good at anatomy myself. Don't take it 100% seriously.
I tried to keep everything as simple as possible & without too much words again. The hands & feet are copy-paste from an old tutorial of mine

The thing about symmetry: People actually don't have perfectly symmetrical faces. Try it! Take a picture of someone's face, mirror the left side, and mirror the right side, and you get 3 different faces! Neat, huh?
